Hi. Just need to make sure (for a customer) that nav data from a PC sent via UDP or TCP will get translated by iKommunicate and pushed to the NMEA 2000 bus. The NMEA 2000 will be used by a Raymarine ST6000+ autopilot. I don’t see a full description of the comm functionality in the iKommunicate users manual.
iKommunicate does not currently convert the UDP/TCP data to N2K, but your ST6000+ does not have an N2K interface, it can only accept Nav/Wind data via SeaTalk or NMEA0183. So you best option is to connect one of the two NMEA0183 Outputs of the iKommunicate to your ST6000+ autopilot’s course computer and drive it this way – need to enable Autopilot Output for which ever port you use in the iKommunicate web interface.
